Ordering
What does "made to order" mean?
It means your item is printed specifically for you after you place your order. Nothing is kept in stock. This lets us offer a wide range of designs without waste — and it means your item is genuinely made for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can usually help if you get in touch quickly — before printing begins. Drop us a message at hello@dappledgoods.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
Shipping
How long will delivery take?
Most orders are printed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. UK delivery then takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. International orders may take longer.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes — we ship internationally. Delivery times and any import duties will depend on your country.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, you'll receive a dispatch email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Returns & problems
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Please get in touch within 14 days with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll sort it — a replacement or refund, your choice.
Can I return an item I've changed my mind about?
Because everything is made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If something isn't right with the product itself, we'll always make it right. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
